Crane Bay is located in the beautiful and magical Kawartha Lakes region where there are lush forests, adventurous waterways and small towns with lovely sights and lovelier people. Crane Bay is located in the middle of three great places to check out.

Bobcaygeon is a great place to grab breakfast and go shopping in the local stores. Plus, you can't leave this town without a visit to the Kawartha Dairy to have some the best ice cream you will ever have.

Lastly, there is the town of Lindsay which is frequently host to festivals, farmers markets and more seasonal events. As well, Kent Street is a great destination for more "mom and pop" shops and great tasting food.

All these places are connected through the Trent-Severn Waterway where you can travel by boat through a series of locks that will take you from place to place and even some other beautiful places we haven't mentioned. The Kawartha Lakes is your oyster!
